This is open to our church family and friends as well as the community. We need people to sign up and decorate their trunks. Kids will walk around to each trunk and get candy. We will also have hotdogs available. Click on the link to sign up for a parking space. Best trunk decoration gets a $25.00 gift card and bragging rights!

We would like more people to join us to sing in the choir for the Christmas play, “Christmas on the Air”, which will be on December 18th! Middle Schoolers, teens, and adult singers needed! It is a wonderful production and should be a lot of fun! Rehearsals are on each Sunday after congregational Church from 11:45 to 1 pm. There will also be an extra rehearsal this Sunday October 30th from 12 to 1 pm. Please contact Lark Schroeder at LarkandScott@gmail.com or 678-602-6285 if interested or if you have any questions!
Cards may be sent to them at:

BABY BOY! Theo Peter Tomol
Instead of a meal train, gift cards to restaurants would be the most helpful and thoughtful way to support the Tomol family as they adjust to a family of six. Suggestions are: Outback, Locos and Zaxby’s. Jillian’s email is jilliantomol@gmail.com and cards can be sent to James, Jillian, June, Philippa, Elliott and Theo Tomol at 215 Ferncliff Drive, Athens, GA 30606.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
FOR
NOVEMBER OR DECEMBER
We are in need of more teachers for Kid’s Kingdom. If you are willing to volunteer for November or December please contact Tara Buehler at tbuehler55@gmail.com or 770-877-0476.
We are being invited by the North River Church of Christ to join them for this workshop. It looks like it’s going to be a huge event (radio coverage, colleges being there, etc).
Leonard Patat and his mom Alberta live off South Milledge close to the bypass. Due to physical limitations, they need rides to the church building to be a part of the fellowship. No lifting is required, but Leonard is blind and needs direction to get out of the car and into their apartment and Alberta needs someone to hold on to for stability. We hope to involve as many as possible to assist and get to know the Patat’s. On House Church Sundays, they would like to meet with the group(s) that is/are meeting at the church building, so house church Sundays are included in this sign up.
Quendolyn Hall’s sister, Caterri Leeks, has been placed on hospice due to complications derived from repeating strokes. Please pray Caterri doesn’t suffer!
