Prayer Requests and Updates
Jody Lowe’s sister Carla passed away suddenly yesterday morning. Her health had been declining for the last couple years. The paramedics ruled that it was Covid related even though she didn’t know she had it. Please be praying for Jody, Meg Bullock (Carla’s niece) and all the family. Cards of sympathy may be sent to Jody at 204 Hunnicut Drive, Athens, GA 30606.
Kristine Garcia’s only living sister, Karen Rocha, who is in the Philippines, went to what they believe was a diabetic shock. Her blood sugar and blood pressure went down and she had to be rushed to the hospital last night. She was recently diagnosed with an ovarian growth which the doctors have not confirmed to be malignant, but has all the signs that it is. Please be praying for Karen, the family and specifically her husband Allan and 16yr old son, Nathan.
Update from Lark Schroeder:
Things went well with surgery. At home now on meds. Scott says the surgeon thinks he got it and it wasn’t found in lymph nodes. Still waiting on pathology report to make sure. Thank you all for your prayers, love and encouragement!
