Prayer Requests and Updates
Mollie Mostert leaves on Wednesday, March 31 and will be visiting our four churches in Pakistan. She will stop on the way home in Beirut. She asks for your prayers for the safety of those hosting her as well as her own safety. Also, she asks that we please pray Pakistan customs does not open her two big bags of toys and children’s clothes, etc. If she has to pay tax, then she have less to meet needs there.
Terry Stanfield is home from the hospital and recovering from a successful stent procedure. Continued prayers are appreciated for his Dermatomyostis as he deals with chronic pain. Dana Chacon’s mother Betty Snodgrass was taken to the hospital this morning with more complications. They are admitting her and coming up with a plan for her care. Dana and Betty thank you for your continued prayers, support and love.
Linda Minter’s father Frank Oddo had triple bypass surgery on Thursday at the Buffalo VA hospital. He is in ICU – critical, sedated and on a ventilator. Doctors will try to wake him on Monday. Mark Wadsworth’s father Johnny Baca is still in ICU but he is gaining strength and improving with each day. He is walking and the medical staff are amazed at his fortitude. Answered prayers! He is very humbled by all the prayers and grateful for all the cards of encouragement he has received.
