Prayer Request

Nancy Goodwin’s mom is in the hospital and is unresponsive. This is a very difficult time for Nancy. Her mom has advance directive to not have extreme measures. Prayers would be appreciated at this difficult time. Cards of love and support may be sent to Nancy and the family at 132 Oakmont Circle, Winterville, GA 30683.

 

2021 Career Day

The Young Professional Group is hosting a career day on Saturday, April 10th from 2:00-4:00pm at the Athens Church of Christ building. 
More than 12 panel members who represent a variety of careers will give practical advice and will answer your questions. The panel members represent medical, education, law, business, entrepreneur, construction, counselor, finance and small business. Bring your questions about resumes, interviewing and more. 
Teens, campus students and anyone looking for a job or career change is invited. It is also open to the public, so please use this chance to invite friends who could benefit from this forum.

THURSDAY NIGHT:
SINGLE PROFESSIONALS GROUP
 

The Single Professional Group will be meeting in person at the building on Thursday  at the church at 7pm for fellowship then splitting into classrooms for split devos. The guys are having a devo led by Garrison Fisher and the girls are doing yoga! Next week, we’ll all be meeting together at the church to continue our study of the fruit of the spirit and that devotional will be on patience led by Jon Marc Shultz. We also ask that everyone wears a mask when they attend.

FRIDAY NIGHT: WOMEN’S DEVO

Join us on Friday @ 7pm for our March Devo! We’ll be meeting outside the church by a fire pit. We’ll have s’mores, a brief lesson (7:30ish) & gooood fellowship. Invite your friends!

No childcare provided, but kids welcome to hangout with us.️
