Teresa Howard will have upper spine schwannoma nuerosurgery at 11:45 am Monday, February 14. The doctor anticipates 2.5-3 hours but could be 4 hours barring no complications. Specific prayer request: no complications, no nerve/spinal damage, no stroke, no cerebral fluid leak… and good pain management. Cards may be sent to 220 Pointers Ridge Drive, Athens, GA 30606.
Joe and Elsie Mize’s grandson Evan will have an endoscopy and colonoscopy to look at the inside of his organs. The ultrasound showed that the outside looks good. His physicians are very concerned about the weight loss. He still has a lot of pain. Thank you for your prayers for Evan.
Penny Baine is home recovering from surgery. She has a Spina Bifida clinic appointment with her team of doctors on Monday, February 14. Cards may be sent to the Baine Family at 1170 Manor Ridge, Bishop, GA 30621.
Mollie Mostert leaves Sunday night (2/13) for Pakistan and asks for your prayers for this trip. She is needing money for food and medicine for the extremely poor disciples there. Also, used cellphones, tablets and laptops are needed by staff in Pakistan, if anyone can donate any of these items it would be greatly appreciated. There will be at a table in the back at the church service for collecting donations. Many thanks for your ongoing help for the disciples there.
