If you or someone you know that is elderly or at risk please read this notice. This information has not been publicized yet and the line for the vaccine is getting long already with just health care workers receiving the vaccine first. Everyone that is elderly, retired, at risk, and essential workers must request the vaccine in order to receive it. The link below will take you to the form to apply for the vaccine. Note that the form on the opening page is for health care workers only. There is a notice and a link on the opening page to take you to the application for non health care workers.
