Prayer Requests
Please keep Lisa and Keith Goodwin in your prayers. Lisa had a bad fall on Wednesday and has injuries to her face, arms, and torso. Thankfully, it looks like nothing is broken, but she has lots of soft tissue trauma, swelling, bruising, and pain. She would be encouraged to receive cards from the brothers and sisters here. Their address is 825 Birch Lane, Wilmington, DE 19809
Please pray for Bobbi Scott. She just found out this week that she needs to have a hysterectomy due to the presence of abnormal cells. Doctors are concerned that this might indicate cancer. She is waiting on a surgery date.
Kellie Baxter is still recovering. Please continue to pray for her recovery. More dates have been added so that we can continue to provide meals. Please use the link below to sign up on Meal Train if you can help:
Remember those recovering from surgery or experiencing ongoing health challenges:
Alberta Patat, Nell Sims, Betty Snodgrass (Dana Chacon’s mom), Terry Stanfield, Pat Snow, Shari McDonald, Cathy LaPrade
We are so excited to be able to offer support for some of our members who are traveling missionaries. Please email Marcia, Amy, or Nancy for more information and specifically for the support request form.

This past women’s midweek, we were treated to a wonderful lesson taught by Mee Mua Yang and Rachele Gibson on the topic of “Work and Rest” as taught and modeled in the Bible. Their notes are linked below. Sharing these notes is like showing someone a picture taken of a beautiful mountain scene. The picture is great, but it doesn’t fully convey the majesty of the mountain as it is experienced in person. Hearing these women as they vulnerably shared their hearts and lives with us was truly beautiful. The discussion afterwards was rich and meaningful. If you were not able to be there, ask someone who was there about it. Thank you Mee Mua and Rachele!
