We receive trouble all the time, but that does not stop us. We do not always know what to do, but we are not afraid to continue. We have many enemies, but we always have friends. People hurt us, but they never destroy us.  As we serve Jesus, we know that we may die as he died. Because of that, our lives show that we live because he is alive.
2 Corinthians 4:8-10 Easy English Bible Version

Teaching children to be resilient and strong even in the midst of hard times is so important. There are many scriptures to rely on and teach our children. As Christians, we believe spiritual health to be of utmost importance, but are well aware that spiritual health is affected by mental, emotional, and physical health. A resource that gives great advice in these areas is Strong4Life from Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Strong4Life has a team of Children’s doctors, therapists, nurses, registered dietitians, and other wellness experts. It is a good resource to help families raise healthy, safe, resilient kids. Check out their website:   https://www.strong4life.com/en
