Check-In begins at 4:00 PM in the James Room lobby. Please do not go to the main Dillard House check-in/registration. Everyone’s room keys will be in the James Room lobby.
7:00-9:00 PM Fellowship and s’mores at the firepit. S’more fixings will be provided.
Saturday, February 17
9:30 AM – Noon Meet in the James Room. Coffee, tea, and water will be provided. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the James Room.
Noon – 7:30 PM Free time to eat, fellowship, or enjoy activities. (See list of activities below.)
7:30 – 11:00 PM Dancing, games, and fellowship in the James room.
Sunday, February 18
8:00-9:30 AM Breakfast Bar in the James Room. The cost of this breakfast is included in your registration fee.
9:30-10:00 AM Please check out of your rooms after breakfast but before our worship service. Return room keys to the James Room lobby.
10:00-11:00 AM Worship Service in the James Room
