Howdy brothers and sisters!
Spending the night at our building in the classroom next to the kitchen (aka 1st & 2nd grade classroom, aka the Host Room) is one of the easiest and currently most needed ways to show generosity and hospitality to several families in this time of special need. The SHINE classroom can also be used as a 2nd bedroom for hosts of different genders. Please see the info below and feel free to call, text, or email me with ANY questions or needed clarification anytime. I’m so grateful to the church and its leadership for sharing our blessings with those in great need and I love you all so much!

https://youtu.be/B1jIutMY8wU is a video we made to provide a tour for volunteers. All sign-in materials and other information about hosting is on a table in the courtyard. There is also a supply of washable masks, cleaning materials, extra bedding, and everything a volunteer might need in the Host Room. Frequently Asked Questions posters are also on the table. These can also be found on the Family Promise of Athens website by following this link: http://www.ihnathens.org/covid.html
We are asking all volunteers to observe social distancing. Please also wear masks when interacting with guests and their children and other volunteers. We want to keep everyone as safe as possible.
